How do I delete my account?
Progress → Profile → Delete account. It erases your account and everything
in it, immediately and permanently: sessions, check-ins, measurements, meals, programs
and photos. See the privacy policy.
Why does it want camera and photo access?
The coach builds your program from three guided physique photos, and re-shoots them at
each checkpoint to compare progress. Meal photos are used for calorie estimation. You
can decline both and use the app without them, with reduced functionality.
Why does it want Apple Health?
Read-only, step count only, to pre-fill your daily check-in. Heracles never writes to
Health.
Is the coaching medical advice?
No. Heracles generates training and nutrition suggestions with an AI system. It is not
a medical device. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a program,
especially with an existing injury or condition.
I signed in with Apple and hid my email. Can you still reach me?
Yes, through Apple’s private relay address, as long as you have not disabled
forwarding for Heracles in your Apple ID settings.
My data looks wrong or the app will not load.
Pull to refresh on the Today screen first. If it persists, email us with your account
email and roughly when it started.
