These terms are the agreement between you and Quatron Studios for the Heracles app. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Heracles is a personal training app. You give it facts about yourself: your sex, date of birth, height, weight, training history, injuries, the days you can train and optionally photographs of your physique. An AI coach writes a training program and nutrition targets from them. It then tracks your sessions, check-ins, meals and measurements, and revises the program over time.
The coaching is produced by large language models operated by third parties on our instructions. It is generated text, not the judgement of a person who has met you.
Heracles is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing it produces is a substitute for a qualified professional who can examine you.
Consult a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, and especially before any vigorous exercise if you have an injury, a heart, lung or metabolic condition, are pregnant, are taking medication, or are returning to training after a long absence. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you experience chest pain, unusual breathlessness, dizziness, fainting or palpitations.
Exercise carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk, you are responsible for your own form, loading and progression, and you should stop when something hurts in a way that is not ordinary training discomfort.
AI systems can be confidently wrong. A generated program can contain a number that is unsuitable for you, misread a photograph, or fail to account for something you did not tell it. The app shows you the reasoning and the evidence behind its prescriptions so you can judge them, and nothing is ever applied to your plan without you approving it.
You are the last check. Do not follow a suggestion you believe is unsafe or wrong for your body, and tell the coach so it can revise the plan.
You must be at least 16 years old to use Heracles, and old enough in your country to enter into this agreement. The app is designed for healthy adults training recreationally. One account is for one person: your program is written from your data, and sharing an account produces a plan that is wrong for both of you.
You sign in with Apple or Google. Each device holds a long-lived token that authenticates it; keep your devices and sign-in accounts secure, because anyone with access to them has access to your training records and photographs. Tell us at support if you believe your account has been used by someone else.
You may delete your account at any time from Progress → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your programs, sessions, check-ins, measurements, meals and photographs are erased, not archived. It does not cancel an active subscription. See §6.
Your first program is written free of charge, once per account. You can see it in full before deciding whether to subscribe: the whole program, the nutrition targets and the coach’s reasoning.
Subscriptions are sold as auto-renewable in-app purchases. The price, the billing period and the length of any free trial are shown in the app before you purchase, and are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), not in Heracles. We cannot cancel it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep full access until that period ends.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are Apple’s to give, under Apple’s terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can see whether a subscription is active; we cannot issue a refund. Statutory rights you have under your local law are unaffected by this paragraph.
If the price of a subscription changes, Apple will ask you to agree before the new price is charged. Declining ends the subscription at the end of the current period.
Every coaching answer costs us money to produce, so the app applies limits: how many programs, revisions, chat messages and meal photographs one account may use in a day. They are set well above what a person training normally will ever reach. Do not attempt to work around them, resell access, share credentials, use the app to generate content unrelated to your own training, or access the API other than through the app.
Your data is yours: your photographs, measurements, sessions and everything else you enter. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that data and to send the relevant parts of it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy so a program can be written. We do not use your data to train AI models and do not permit our processors to do so.
The app, its design, its written coaching method and its evidence base remain ours. The program generated for you is yours to follow, print and keep; the system that produces it is not licensed to you.
Heracles is a small service and is offered as it is. It can be interrupted by maintenance, by a fault, or by an outage at one of the AI providers it depends on. We do not guarantee that coaching is available at any given moment. Your data remains yours and retrievable regardless.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, in particular §7, or where we are required to by law. If we end your account without cause while a subscription is running, you may seek a refund from Apple for the unused period.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heracles is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including that the coaching is accurate, suitable for you, or will produce any particular result. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of data beyond our reasonable control, or for injury arising from exercise you chose to perform.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
If these terms change materially, the app will show the update before you continue using it, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Heracles after that means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without depriving you of any protection given by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
